Why oh why did God make babies nocturnal?

I will start with the pictures of the day. These just came in after we got her changed and fed this morning. She may not be smiling because she is happy at this particular moment. Catherine thinks it was because of her gas. We will probably never know for sure.
The last couple of nights were a little bit challenging. She sleeps during the day for 3-4 hrs inbetween feedings, but at night she will sleep only 1-2hrs inbetween feedings. At 3AM this morning, she was wide awake and alert. We couldn't get her back to sleep until 90 minutes later, and then she got up several more times before her next feeding. We have taken steps to try and reverse this trend.

A Beautiful Family……

Congratulations, Isabella Marie is adorable! There are no words to describe how beautiful she is, Bella is a perfect nickname for her. Bella = Beautiful in Italian, she will always be reminded of her beauty.

The both of us are thankful everything is ok; the two of you must have been on an emotional rollercoaster. God does not give us more than we can handle… your home and healthy now, enjoy every minute of Gods greatest gift!

Love to the three of you and wishes for many great memories,
Rindi

Hi Todd and Catherine! Your baby daughter looks like she's fitting right into your family. Thanks for posting pictures of Bella's first week at home! I'm sure it's quite a blessing to be home together. We hope that Bella learns to grow into a better night sleeper for you both. Congrats again and may God continue to bless your family!

Love,
Chris & Julie

A Beautiful Smile..........

Whatever the reason!!!!!!!!!!
I thought when she was first born, she looked like Cat, but in the smiling picture, she looks like Daddy!!!!!!!! Her little chin, seems to disappear along with the smile.
Keep the pictures coming, I am doing a slide show as well as an album.
Love to All.
